Billing

  • Beta doesn't charge anything and doesn't ask for a card or Pix.
  • The limits are fixed: when you hit one, Relator blocks the new addition. There is no overage billing.
  • Extra workspaces, extra seats and add-ons aren't on sale on Beta. For more, subscribe to a paid plan.

Move to a paid plan

You can subscribe to Starter, Pro or Scale whenever you want, in Settings › Plan and billing › Change plan (see Subscribe to a plan). Billing is immediate, with no free trial, and the limits and features of the chosen plan take effect right away.

What happens next

Beta doesn't expire: the account stays on it until you subscribe to another plan. If the offer for beta accounts changes, you'll be told in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Will Beta become paid on its own?

No. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe to a plan.

Can I raise a Beta limit?

Not with add-ons. For more workspaces, sources, seats or messages, subscribe to Starter, Pro or Scale.

Do new accounts still join Beta?

The plan applies to accounts that joined through the beta program. Accounts created outside it start with the Free trial.

If I subscribe and cancel later, do I go back to Beta?

No. After the paid period ends the account becomes read-only, like any canceled subscription.
