Since October 2026 Relator only sells Starter, Pro and Scale. The earlier plans (Solo, Growth and Business for companies; Agency Starter, Agency Pro and Agency Scale for agencies) are no longer sold, but if you already subscribe to one of them you stay on it. Nothing changes on its own in your account.

What stays the same

Your plan, with the same limits on workspaces, sources, seats, AI messages, refresh frequency and history.
The features your plan already unlocked. The campaign manager stays available on every older plan.
Your payment method: card subscriptions and Pix Automático keep charging as before. The launch of the new price table didn't change the amount for existing subscribers.
The add-ons you already have stay active.

The amount you pay is the one on your invoice, in Settings › Plan and billing › Billing history.

What changed

You can't subscribe to an older plan again or switch from one older plan to another. The plans screen only shows Starter, Pro and Scale.
When an action asks for an upgrade, Relator offers Starter, Pro or Scale.
Feature add-ons (campaign manager, API and MCP, hourly refresh) are only sold on the new plans.
Standalone extra sources are no longer sold. The ones you already have stay.
The RelatorAI message pack is now a one-time purchase: 200 messages valid for 12 months. If you already had the monthly pack on your subscription, you keep it.
Extra workspaces (Agency Starter and Agency Pro) and extra seats (Agency plans) are still on sale up to your plan’s maximum.

Move to Starter, Pro or Scale

Moving is optional. If you want to, do it like any plan change in Settings › Plan and billing › Change plan (see Change plans):

By card: the change is immediate and the difference is pro-rated on your next invoice.
On prepaid Pix: the paid period stays valid until it ends. Since the older plan can't be renewed, at the end of the period choose Starter, Pro or Scale and pay for the new period.
On Pix Automático: installments continue until you cancel. To change, click Cancel recurring PIX and subscribe to the new plan when the paid month ends.

Frequently asked questions

Will I be moved to a new plan automatically?

No. If you subscribe to an older plan, you stay on it with the same limits and features. Moving is your choice.

Did the price of my older plan change?

Not with the launch of Starter, Pro and Scale. The amount charged is the one on your invoices.

Can I switch from Agency Starter to Agency Pro?

No. Older plans are no longer sold, not even as a switch. The options are Starter, Pro and Scale.

My prepaid Pix on the older plan is about to end. Can I renew?

Not on the same older plan. At the end of the period, choose Starter, Pro or Scale and pay by Pix or card.

Can I buy the API and MCP add-on on my older plan?

No. Feature add-ons are only sold on Starter and Pro. On the older plans, the API comes with Business, Agency Pro and Agency Scale, and MCP with Agency Pro and Agency Scale.
