With Create with AI, RelatorAI builds the dashboard inside the editor. You write "I want to track Meta Ads spend and CPA over the last 30 days" and the widgets show up on the grid as a draft. Nothing goes into the dashboard without your review: you accept, refine or discard each widget.
Before you start
Select the client at the top of the app. The dashboard belongs to that client.
The client needs at least one active source among Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and HubSpot. With none, the screen shows No active source and the Connect sources button.
Each message sent to RelatorAI uses one AI credit, including Refine requests. Accepting, discarding, moving and saving are free. See AI credits.
Create with AI doesn't depend on your plan's custom dashboards feature: the limit is your AI credits.
Step by step
1
Step 1
Open Create with AI
In Dashboards, click Create with AI. From Home, the same path is New › Dashboard › Create with AI. The editor opens with the title Dashboard builder and the RelatorAI panel already in Dashboard mode.

2Type your request and press Enter.

Step 2
Describe what you want to track
Say the metrics, the source and the period, the way you would to an analyst. Widgets land on the grid as they get ready, marked New. Example requests:
"Meta Ads spend and conversions by day last month"
"The 10 Google Ads campaigns with the highest cost, with CTR and CPA"
"GA4 sessions and key events by channel last week"

Step 3
Review each widget
Each new widget carries the review actions. Above the grid, the bar sums up how many are pending, accepted and discarded.

2Accept puts the widget in the dashboard.
3Refine opens the How should this widget change? field to ask for a change to that widget only.
4
Step 4
Adjust what's missing
Refine: type the change ("by week", "only the Black Friday campaign") and RelatorAI rebuilds that widget. Meanwhile it shows Processing change….
Discard takes the widget out of the draft; Restore brings it back.
Drag and resize widgets on the grid.
Want more widgets? Ask in the chat at any time. Close chat only hides the panel: RelatorAI keeps building.
5
Step 5
Save the dashboard
Click Save dashboard, give it a Name and, if you like, a Description, then click Save. Check Save as template (reusable) to keep it as a template. Only accepted widgets are saved; the dashboard opens right after.
Leave without saving
Click Exit. If the draft has unsaved changes, Relator asks Discard draft changes?. Discard and exit removes the draft from this device; Keep editing takes you back to the editor.
Frequently asked questions
How many credits does a dashboard use?
One per message sent. A request that produces six widgets uses 1 credit; each Refine uses 1 more.
Can I edit the dashboard later?
Yes. Once saved, it's a regular dashboard: open it and edit the widgets in the editor.
Is the draft saved if I close the tab?
The browser warns you before leaving with unsaved changes. To keep what you accepted, save the dashboard.
